East County Rising is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead our community organizing, civic engagement, and leadership development programs. This role is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful change by supporting diverse communities and advancing racial justice.
As Program Manager, you will oversee field programs for endorsed candidates and initiatives, train and engage volunteers, build coalitions with community partners, organize impactful events, and use digital tools to enhance outreach and engagement.
Position Details:
Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days in our Gresham, Oregon office
